Funds For Dave To Support Cycling Across America For Healing And Shelter

Hi good hearted people, I am Dave Romero, a member of Long Beach Masonic Lodge #327 in California and organizer of Cycling Across America for Healing and Shelter. I am fundraising for the Shriners Hospital for Children, a hospital whose mission is to provide care and cure, without charging, to children with Neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other illnesses.

The patients and their parents or guardians are provided with board and lodging entirely at the expense of the hospital.

Being a Mason, another group that I will fund raise for is the California Masonic Homes. A senior home which provides care and quality lives for elderly members of Freemasonry, an ancient fraternity that has been in existence for about 300 years.

In Spring of 2023, I will cycle from Long Beach, California to the State of New York.

I will be cycling 100 miles everyday for 35 days to raise funds for them.

Such is my plea to you to donate for my necessities like equipment and supplies for the ride. Consisting of lodgings, food and airfare to name a few.

I am blest to be in great health, have the ability to do this and be an instrument of providing assistance to these children and senior citizens for them to have cure for their diseases and comfortable way of life. This fundraising is my appreciation for the blessings that I have.

I would like to note that there is another fundraising campaign for Cycling Across America For Healing and Shelter, in this campaign donations will be directed to our masonic lodge website.

All donations received through our website will all be directly gifted to Shiners Hospital for Children and California Masonic Homes.
