I am going to cycle on a spin bike the distance from my home in Cowbridge  to the Nightingale Hospital in the Excel London (172 miles / 276 km). This is in aid of Cardiff and Vale Health Charity (the official Charity of Cardiff & Vale Health Board) https://healthcharity.wales .  

I hope this will help them buy vital equipment to care for patients with Covid-19.
