Hi,
Lauren, myself and several friends/ family are raising money to benefit Alzheimer’s society, and any donation you can make no matter how small will help to make an impact.

My dad (Lauren’s grandad) passed away in 2024 after suffering from this horrible illness for several years and my mum (Lauren’s nan) has recently been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s !.
So having experienced the horror and stresses of living with this illness for several years and now starting that process all over again with mum, it is a charity very close to our hearts.

We have decided to undertake a 450km bike challenge travelling through Vietnam to Cambodia over 10 days in October 2026 to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s society.
This will help to support families living and dealing with Alzheimer’s. Aswell as supporting groundbreaking research to help in finding a cure.

All of the participants in this charity cycle have paid to do it themselves, so any money raised will go directly to the charity.

If you are not aware one in three people born in the UK today will develop dementia in their lifetime. So it is an illness they may well affect you in the future.
We don’t want anyone to face the realities of dementia alone. That’s why your support is vital.

thank you in advance

Lauren & Mark
