Cycle for William

Hi all

We're Seán and Cillian, two Kilkenny lads setting off on a cycle from Dublin to Istanbul (around 4000km) to help raise funds for a young boy who needs urgent treatment.

His name is William Moore and he is just 4 years old.

William has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a rare disease that causes muscles to deteriorate over time. Most children with this condition lose the ability to walk before their teens.

There is hope for William as he is eligible for treatment in the U.S. Unfortunately, this comes at an enormous cost.

We're taking on this challenge to support William and help his family reach that goal. Along the way, we'll be documenting our journey on TikTok @Trekkingeast to raise awareness and keep the momentum going.

All proceeds go directly to William.
