Cycle - A Short Film

Hello! My name is Ian Lusby, I’m from Knoxville, TN. I’m currently a freshman Film & Television student at DePaul University in Chicago, and I’m directing my first short film during my time there!

I'm fundraising a short film called “Cycle” and it focuses on a drug-addicted young man and the personification of guilt in the addiction process and how grief can attach itself to substance abuse in one’s life.

Any and all donations will be appreciated in the process of bringing this short but impactful story to life.

This project is very grounded in reality and has the potential to connect with audiences on levels even beyond its core themes of addiction and grief simply based on the way our characters interact with each other.
