I'm cycling 300 miles in August to help the American Cancer Society fight for a world without cancer. This is a very meaningful cause for me as it is for so many of us whose lives are touched by cancer. This summer also marks the 20th anniversary of me riding my bike as a Chicago commuter, so I’d like to add even more personal, city, and global benefits to my cycling by joining this fundraiser.

My personal goal is to raise a dollar for each mile I ride, so I thought I’d break this down for you in the style of jump rope for heart:
