Cyber Attack Leaves Family in Need

I was hacked in March and my accounts have been drained of nearly 25k. I have spent the past 5 weeks securing accounts and cooperating with authorities to find this hacker. Nothing was clicked on by accident. No text message was opened. All my accounts have 2fa and still they were able to get in and clean me out. I am a single parent and widow with two children I care for. I'm struggling to ask for help but at this point I have no choice. We are in a serious situation. Thank you for reading this far and thank you for your compassion. I wish I knew how to tell you how to avoid this. Unfortunately I have no idea.

Update: Months later, I have spent countless hours on the phone with the bank, apps used, and attorneys. Because they installed a VPN on my computer the transactions appear authorized. They got hold of my phone texts fof 2fa somehow as well so the traditional safe stops didn't work. Ive also lost 2 months of deposits of social security for my minor son into this negative bank account bc of issues with the social security office currently.

This negative balance will now go to collections and become part of my debt balance. I cannot afford to pay on any additional debt at this time.

I've alerted the media and Dateline about this story. I have exhausted my attempts at the bank all the way to the Presidents Desk and still they won't overturn this decision. I just received their final denial decision.
