Jake's memorial fund

I'm reaching out to inform everyone about the tragic, sudden passing of a man beloved by all he knew. Jake was a father, son, brother, nephew, grandson, and a friend. He served our country in the Army and never wanted any credit for his service, although much is due. He didn't consider himself a hero, but anyone who knew him would disagree. He loved his son more than anything in the world. Jake will be taken back to his hometown of Missoula Montana to be buried. He spent 4 weeks admitted in the hospital but ultimately passed of multiple organ failure. His family will plan a service to celebrate his life at a later date. Details will be posted on Facebook. We are asking for any donation to help with his hospital, burial expenses, and a trust fund in his son Gavin's name.
