I am hoping to raise some money to help Cy Hardinger. It has been 10 years since he had his second bone marrow transplant and several weeks ago we got the gut wrenching news that he has esophagus cancer.  Because of his past chemo and radiation they need to go straight to surgery.  It is a very complex surgery which takes 8 to 10 hours and recovery in the hospital for at least 10 days.  The doctors are unsure if they will successfully be able to remove the tumor and reattach his esophagus to his stomach.  Cy is self-employed and has not been able to work for a few weeks now. He has a feeding tube in because he cannot eat or swallow any food. It is just getting worse every day currently the surgery is scheduled for June 4th.  Unfortunately the bills continue to come in and I am hoping to raise some money to help him out and give him one less thing to worry about.
