My name is Rachel and I am setting up this go fund me on behalf of my Aunt Terry.

For about a year she has been struggling with continuous headaches, nausea, and vomiting episodes that she chalked up to GERD, and migraines, as Tylenol and other medications were resolving symptoms. Fast forward to last week, she had a horrible migraine that wouldn’t resolve with other symptoms such as dizziness, and general feeling of being unwell so she ended up going in where they did a CT scan. On the CT scan they found that she had a mass the size of a golf ball that was hemorrhaging, causing bleeding on her brain and she needed emergency surgery to remove the mass and put a drain in to remove the blood that was pooling on her brain. Surgery was successful, but the road isn’t over. On top of the mass and surgery, they also found a mass in her breast that they believe is cancerous.

Since surgery she is struggling with speech, mobility and weakness so doctors are talking about sending her to extensive rehab to regain all her deficits from brain surgery.

If anyone knows her, she is the most selfless person, and would never be one to ask for help. Not only is she a single mom, but also busts her butt to make sure her elder parents have food on the table and a home over their head.

Due to her current unexpected medical issues, she is unable to work which puts a huge financial burden on her as she does not know how long she will be out of work, especially with needing rehab, and potentially cancer treatments after she regains her strength.
