My mother, Jacqui Filak, was involved in a terrible head on collision with another driver who had pulled out directly in front of her behind the Target on route 70. After recovering from her hip surgery due to her previous car accident in March 2024 where she was also cut off, she had only returned back to work for a few short months before yesterday. Aside from her vehicle being totaled and phone being smashed into pieces by the airbags. My mother has been left with a broken left forearm, stitches in her chin, a partially collapsed bladder, concussion, and damage to her liver from the blunt force trauma.
