On Saturday, December 22, 2018, After leaving a Growlers concert at the Wiltern, I was crossing the street on a lime scooter in Los Angeles, when I was struck by a Prius going 40+ MPH. As I laid on the ground bleeding to death, my brother held me trying to keep me alive but I was non responsive. Luckily the EMT's arrived at the scene and were able to begin their procedures and keep me alive and then escorted me to the hospital.

As a result of the accident, I sustained 2 major compound fractures, my right femur was sticking out of the skin, and on my left leg, the tibia and fibula were also broken & sticking out of my skin. The tibia & fibula bone in my right leg were broken in multiple places, & my knee cap was shattered. I had a punctured left lung, and my neck was fractured in three spots making me unable to do any activity without assistance. The doctor said I was very close to being paralyzed and left in a vegetable state. On top of that I had to receive four different blood transfusions due to high blood loss.  I’m very blessed to have been granted more time here in this world, and to be able to someday walk again. 

I am asking everyone for support during this difficult time. Any contribution, small or large, will make a huge difference to my incredibly long road to recovery. All of the money raised will be used to cover my medicals bills, physical therapy, caregivers, transportation to the hospital, and miscellaneous bills as I am unable to work for the next couple of months.
