On April 30, 2018 City Wide Maintenance of St. Louis' Senior Night Manager Fred Hertlein suffered a heart attack and a stroke.  

By the time his family found him, his heart had stopped for an undetermined amount of time.  The MRI scans indicated that Fred has suffered permanent brain damage.  

At this point, his doctors don't know the extent of the damage.  Fred has been in ICU in a comatose state since the end of April.  

This Go Fund Me site is established to help Fred's wife Karen cover their insurance max out of pocket and help augment their family's income until Fred is able to obtain disabled status.
