Help Raise Money for Cancer Treatment

I am Anurag Sinha, friend of Upamanyu Panda. I am writing this to highlight the unfortunate current situation. 

My friend, Upamanyu Panda, has been diagnosed with terminal stage Grade 4 Gliosarcoma (brain tumour)  since July 2020. He has undergone craniotomy surgery to remove tumour, followed by radiation and chemotherapy treatments. His current reports and prognosis are not good and show that his tumour has progressed extensively and the current treatments are not working.
His doctors have now prescribed a new treatment called Avastin which is a targeted therapy drug and is not covered by the government.  They do not have any other health insurance that would help cover the cost of the treatment. The monthly cost of treatment is 7200 CAD. The hospital informed them that the embassy will help cover 50% of the cost, which means we will need to cover 3600 CAD per month. This is a life long treatment drug. 
He has two kids who are attending university and college. Currently, none of them are working. In addition, they also have to also cover other expenses for living costs, house mortgages and kids' education. Therefore, I would like to request you, if 3600 CAD per month can be raised for the treatment it will be greatly and truly appreciated.
