Please help my sister.

Hey everyone, if you don’t already know me, my name is Adryan. My family is not one to ask for help, but here I am coming to you all for help. Some of you may know the struggles my sister (Kristeena) has been through with her health. On Tuesday she drove to the E.R with excruciating pains in her feet and legs, and a spreading rash. Luckily she has a few sick days and vacation days, but it looks like she will be in the hospital several more days. She will hopefully be approved for short-term leave, however, but she will only receive 75% of her pay. On top of that, insurance won’t cover some of the tests they are running on her and This hospital stay is really going to set her back.

I am setting this Go-Fund Me up (without her knowing) in hopes we can all come together to help relieve her of the financial burden that lies ahead of her. She is a hard working, single mom of two incredible boys. I would love to be able to take that stress away from her and allow her to focus on recovering and being there for her boys.

Here’s the story.

On Wednesday, August 10th, she had a follow up doctors appointment to go over results from her tests and scan she had taken the week before to determine why she was having bad pain in her feet and legs. Scans showed that the stent they put in two years ago to help with Blood flow had collapsed. She was told she would more than likely have surgery the following week.

On Thursday, August 11th, my sister left work mid day and headed to the hospital with excruciating pain throughout her legs and feet (specifically her right pinky toe). She was admitted right away and was told they may have to remove her pinky toe and would have to cut her stomach open and go in and do a Coronary artery bypass , but first they wanted to run more tests before making their final decision.

Since Friday, she has seen multiple doctors (Nephrologist, Rheumatologist, Hematologist, Dermatologist, Cardiologist, and a Respiratory doctor) and has done multiple scans/tests (PET Scan, CT Scan, X-Ray, Ultrasound, Renal Scan), and is being teated for Kidney issues, lung issues, tested for lupus , Vasculitis, and much more. Right now they are monitoring her high blood pressure, and trying to keep her as comfortable as she can. She’s on several different medications, including a steroid they started her on yesterday. This morning she went in for her Renal Ultrasound to check her kidneys.
