My name is John O'Neill.

I am doing a 55k adventure race in Donegal called the WAAR. on May 11.

Its the Wild Athlantic Adventure race.

It involves 6 miles Running, 26 Miles cycling, up a mountain, and finally Kayaking 2k.

As you may appreciate raising money for charity is quite time consuming so I only do it every 3/4 years.

This year is for Children of Gaza which I think will resonate with most people.

As Ireland was in same position over 100 yrs ago where our country was overtaken, Gaza is in a similiar position.

So your dontions which are greatly appreciated will help fight malnutrition in Children and also provide medical aid,clothing,blankets ,tents etc.

Im sure most people will have seen the utter devastation of the war in Palestine.

So Thank-You again.
