I am going to Nicaragua in December on a medical volunteer trip and need your help to get there! As many of you know, these trips can be fairly pricey, as volunteers fund airfare, ground transportation, airport pick up/drop off, lodging, guides, interpreters, supplies/materials for clinics, meals, tours and border & immigration fees.
