Hello friends, my name is Katie. I have created this fundraiser for my daughter, Daliya.

Many of you know that for the past ten months she has struggled with CRPS, a highly enigmatic syndrome in her left foot. Daliya has lived with severe pain that has forced her to out her life on hold. Not being able to go to school, be with friends and even isolated her from family. She tried absolutely everything she could to get her life back.

After trying absolutely everything the Drs recommended, and nothing working, Daliya made the final decision to amputate her foot.

This fundraiser is to help her over the coming months as she fights this next battle in front of her, from Dr appointments to PT &OT. She will be unable to work until she receives her permanent prosthetic. This fundraiser will help her with medical bills, monthly bills and the foot she is in need of.
