On Wednesday March 23 my brother Shawn Dibartolomeo suddenly passed away at the age of 27. He leaves behind a daughter Gianna and a son Shawn, his sisters Shannon, Kaitlyn and myself and parents Jill and Danny DiBartolomeo. He was fun loving with a soft soul, but faced a trying battle and was taken from us much too soon.

My family and I are seeking help from anyone that knew him and loved him to help us give him a proper wake and funeral. No donation is too small.
