Struggling family in need of assistance

Hi, my name is Mary and I’m trying to help my younger brother who was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. On Monday, August 28, 2023, my brother, Heath Hallam, was rushed to the hospital by his wife Mikki. His left arm was swollen to twice its size and he was also having a hard time breathing. After running test the doctor told them that he has a blood clot in his left arm, pneumonia, and a huge mass on his right lung presume to be cancer. He’s lymph nodes were swollen and he had fluid surrounding his heart. Today, September 1, the doctors have said the reason why he’s having a hard time breathing is because some of the mass is cutting off his airway. At this point they are trying to decide the best way to shrink the tumor which will either be radiation or chemo therapy. My brother is a hard-working man who has always provided for his family and taking care of others along the way. But like many of us, they live from paycheck to paycheck. Being in the hospital, he is not able to pay his rent that is due today. They need help. He is also going to need help with medical bills as he recently started a new job and doesn’t have insurance yet. We don’t know how serious this is yet I’m waiting on the biopsy report to know the kind and stage of the cancer. We ask for your prayers and for any amount you can contribute to help this family.
