CVU Robotics

CVU Robotics did it again! As some of you may recall, last year the CVU RoboHawks won the Vermont FTC robotics championship and the prestigious Inspire award. This allowed us to travel to Texas for the World Robotics Championship. It took us a lot of time and effort to make this possible, and last year it was only with your help that we were able to raise the funds to go. This year we managed to win the Inspire award and qualify for the World Championship again! We were able to achieve this due to all the hard work that we have done promoting STEM learning in Vermont. We are proud to say that we were able to start 6 lego robotics teams (FLL) in the middle schools around our district. This year, we are also excited to have the opportunity to compete alongside our JV team who won this year's Vermont FTC championship! Both teams are extremely excited to go, and we are hoping to allow all team members to attend. With a roster of 15 members, our trip costs are nearly twice as high as last year. With the championship rapidly approaching in April, we are hoping that our teams can once again call on the Vermont community's support. We hope to represent Vermont engineering at the World Robotics Championship in Texas and continue our work here supporting STEM in our community.
