Hi everyone, my name is Trudie. I wanted to update my story. I have a grade 2 chondrosarcoma of the brain. It has been growing for ten years at least. I was diagnosed last October of 2024. I had my first surgery on March 6th 2025 which removed about half the tumor. Then I was supposed to start radiation in July 2025, however the Mayo clinic in Rochester said they could do another surgery to remove more of the tumor. I had my 2nd Brain Surgery July 9th, 2025. They were able to get 90% out. I have an appointment on September 22nd to get everything set for radiation and should start that on October 6 and I have to do 7 weeks every day Monday through Friday. I am not working and I am on disability now. I could use any and all help. I am a single mom of three teenage girls and a grandma to one. They all live with me and do their best to help, but they also have school. Thank you to everyones support so far! I love you all!!
