Cvonnada Cole was a faithful wife, mother, servant and friend. In December of 2016, she noticed that she had been having a fever and feeling very ill. After going to the doctor she was admitted and treated for what they thought was bronchitis or some kind of respiratory infection. She was hospitalized for 2 weeks at a hospital in Lillington, NC. During her stay, the hospital ran several tests and could not provide her with a diagnosis. As a result, doctors discharged Cvonnada to return home. For the rest of December she battled with fever and excruciating pain (all the while trying to shake what she thought was a basic respiratory infection). As any mother and devout Christian would, she maintained her confession of faith and assured her husband and children that she was fine and once the infection passed, everything would be okay! She was a protector and nurturer to all she loved and she made it her duty to keep them safe from worry. Cvonnada was ambitious and determined to be blessed and to be a blessing to her loved ones and any other person in need. As an entrepreneur, she used her gift and business to help rebuild the lives of others on a daily basis. She helped women, men and business establish, repair and become educated about their credit and the importance of building their own. She was indeed an expert at her craft and that was only one of many talents she possessed! Yet, her exuberant love for people and her commitment to help the world, often caused her to make sacrifices that went unpaid. Nevertheless, she didn't stop; she kept building others up, educating them and continuously walking by faith with every seed she sowed. On January 10th, still battling with a high fever and body filled with pain, she returned to the Lillington Hospital where doctors then informed her that she had both Colon & Liver Cancer, her stomach and body were full of infection, her blood count was decreasing and her kidneys had been failing by the day. Without any warning other than her hospitalization for bronchitis (upper respiratory infection) as told by the doctors; Cvonnada was readmitted to the hospital then transferred to UNC Chapel Hill where they have a Cancer Wing. Within a week, her health quickly began to decline. For 12 long days she fought long and hard and repeatedly confessed her faith in God and her love for her husband and children.Cvonnada, was adamant about returning home to her children and promised them that she would. On January 22nd, a day that her children were looking forward to her possibly coming home, their father along with Cvonnada's church family let her children know that God had called her home. The loss of her life will without a doubt leave an emptiness and longing that only God can fill. She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years and 6 children ages 8-17 who still reside in the home. Our immediate concern right now is ensuring that this family has enough money to bury their loving wife and mother, help them start to rebuild , as well as give them the hope and strength they will need to move forward and achieve great success. Not only do they need prayers, love, and well wishes; they also need financial support. Please help us to help them by alleviating the additional stress of funeral expenses during this very difficult time of grief. Her legacy and labor of love, will forever be cherished by all who knew her.Thank you in advance for your support and may each of be Blessed!
