Hello all of you wonderful art lovers and friends. Today is a day that I hope we can all come together to help someone that is always giving back to their community and putting others before themselves, Hillary Werth.
You may know her from her amazing artwork found at www.hillarywerthart.com .
This wonderful lady found out yesterday that her pup Ruka has a foreign object stuck in her chest next to her heart. The doctors have no idea how it got there however they do know it is infected and will require surgery to have it removed. Ruka has been wheezing and not acting herself which puts her Momma, Hillary and her brother dog, Louis through a lot of heartache.
On September 6th, 2015 Hillary did an auction on her Facebook page to help raise money for funeral expenses for her close friend whom lost her mother to lung cancer. She has in the past month invested everything she has into purchasing a new starter home for herself and her pups. Though she herself has sunk all of her savings into her new home, she still has the biggest heart and invested a lot of her time and artwork in to the auction to help a friend in need, little did she know that a week later she would be the one needing the help, to keep her sweet pup alive. You may ask yourself why she would do this? The answer is, thats just the person Hillary is. She has the biggest heart and would never pass someone by that is in need.
Maybe you remember a few months ago when Hillary put her blood, sweat and tears into an amazing original piece for, The Nationals Dream Gala Foundation? She did this piece for a charity auction to again raise money for others in need. So today we come together for Hillary, and her pup Ruka. I ask each of you to look in to your heart and see if you can find a way to return the favor that Hillary has done for so many others. The $4,000 we are trying to raise will cover Ruka's surgery and medical bills, so every little bit will help.
