"CUTTER'S NEW 'LUNG' "
Donation protected
As many of you very well may know, Chris was diagnosed with stage one lung cancer almost two years ago. After undergoing a strict regimen of radiation therapy for over a year and a half, he is nearing the state of being almost one hundred percent cancer free. Alas, a long and difficult road of physical therapy will be absolutely necessary in order to get his lungs back to full capacity. When Chris had suggested to his oncologist, Dr. Maya , that he wished to pursue a lifelong dream to learn the bagpipes, she at first thought he was certifiably insane. Upon careful research, Dr. Maya concluded that it would actually help him in the healing process. Provided he doesn’t push himself too hard, of course.
Queue Chris's friend David Lindsey. David is a master bagpipe craftsman and is highly regarded as America's most talented and sought after bagpipe maker. Sadly, David was diagnosed with asthma and is unable to play his beloved instruments for the time being. To add to his troubles, his medical bills are mounting up. Just like Chris. What makes this predicament a miracle in disguise is the fact that David has agreed to sell Chris his own personal custom set. A blessing in itself.
Now for the breakdown, not only will this fundraising campaign help David, but will also help Chris in his life-long endeavor to be a professional piper someday. Chris has agreed that whomever donates $100 or more, will be granted a lifelong pass to all future events at his property!
We hope that you all will be as enthusiastic and understanding as possible in this project.
We humbly thank you from the bottom of all of our hearts for being respectful and helpful for these two amazing individuals.
