Cut off that bad bad dog toe

This is Acer, and he's got a very bad toe.

About a month or two ago he started growing this little bubble on his foot. The vet had him try antibiotics and steroids but sadly all that got us was me waking up in a bed soaked in pee. And now it's gotten much, much bigger. His surgery has been pushed up to April 16th from May 2nd because he is essentially living with an open wound under his foot.
