Thank you for visiting. My name is David Sullivan, I'm Curtis' Father. I'm running this fund raiser on behalf of my son and his growing family. Medical and financial support due to his duodenal cancer, a rare form of cancer. On March 3rd he was rushed to the Emergency Room due to a lack of blood. He was diagnosed with an ulcer in the Duodenal area, right below the stomach. They marked his ulcer as abnormal, and he needed to go back in for more testing. This is when they discovered his ulcer had a rare form of cancer, called Duodenal cancer. It is such a rare form of cancer that the doctors weren’t even sure how to attack it, they ended up having a conference of multiple doctors to make their plan. Their plan of attack is to start with Chemotherapy for two months, with 6 hours of IV Chemo once every two weeks, and hospital visits 2-3 times a week. After those two months he will have surgery to remove the ulcer, with one month of recovery after that. After his month of recovery he will start another round of Chemotherapy for two months. This will be a long road, and a 6-7 month process when it’s all said and done. He begins his chemo treatment on 4/19/23. With his second child on the way , let’s try and make life a little bit easier. Thank you
