We are devastated to share that Curtis passed away on Saturday August 3rd, 2019. He was a loving husband, father, brother, son and friend loved by all. Curtis was always positive,  saw the best in others and could be found laughing and dancing with his loved ones. For the last 5+ years he had been living with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) which affected his ability to communicate and take care of his daily needs. For the last 2 years his wife and family members rallied together to provide around the clock support and supervision. He was a young and healthy guy physically, so his death was sudden and unexpected.  Please consider helping out his loved ones through this difficult time as they navigate this tragedy and move forward in life without him. Donations will go directly to his wife, Rachel Silva to help with the end of life costs and future expenses.
