Curtis Palmer Program, Pilgrim Bandits Charity

As both a serving Police Officer and Member of the Armed Forces I recognise the dangerous and often stressful work carried out by all our emergency services. I understand that PTSD, stress and mental health related issues have increased within all our front line emergency services.

The Curtis Palmer Program conducts short and long term help /training via expeditions and training programmes in order to help get our members of the emergency services back upto full health.

Everyday in July I will be completing 4 miles around Warwickshire Police HQ as fast as I can carrying a 50Ib military Bergen and wearing a military Respirator. This is No easy challenge but a worthy cause to raise money for this fantastic charity.
