We are heartbroken to share that Curtis Gold tragically lost his life on Saturday, August 27th, 2022, in an e-bike accident in Ventura County, CA, after attending a local concert. His unexpected passing has left a giant hole in everyone's hearts that knew him, and he leaves behind his beautiful wife, Taylor, fur baby, Mr. Dane, and his beloved family.
Curtis was hard-working, passionate, kind, and loved by so many. He served Ontario Fire Department for six years and dedicated his life to serving and giving back to his community. He loved his job, and those he worked with loved him just as much.
Those who personally knew Curt were able to witness his zest and passion for life every day. From dirt bike and mountain bike riding, to boating at the river, to vacationing with Taylor and friends, he loved to live his life to the fullest. He was often known as the 'life of the party' and wanted everyone to join in on the fun with him; all it took was one big, infectious smile in your direction from Curt, and he welcomed you in on his fun. He had a big personality and a heart of gold!
But most of all, Curt loved his Taylor. Best friends since the day they met nine years ago, Curt and Taylor finally got married last October in hopes of starting a family very soon in their forever home they just recently purchased together. Our goal is to help support Taylor during this challenging time as she mourns her partner in life.
Any amount of kindness and support can make the biggest difference in times like this. We hope you can donate any affordable amount, and 100% of these funds will go directly towards helping the Gold family prepare for Curt's Celebration of Life and helping Taylor through this unimaginable loss. Your generosity and help are much appreciated, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your support!
