Captain Curtis Fitzgerald of Palestine, Texas, had begun a passion project of restoration and permanent placement of a Huey Helicopter in Palestine, Texas, to honor those who served and sacrificed so much for our country in the Vietnam War. 100% of donations will go toward the seed fund for this project. To bring the Huey back to authentic condition and place it with a proper dedication is estimated to be $50,000. Refurbishing the main rotors was quoted at $10,000. We would love to help get the project "off the ground" while honoring our own hero, Curtis Fitzgerald.
