Curtis Blake passed away on October 15th after a brave and hard battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.

In lieu of flowers, a trust fund (Curtis Allen Blake Trust) has been set up for his daughters, Brynlee & Katelyn Blake.
