Our dear friend and colleague Curt Hatton and his wife Aree lost their entire home to a devastating wildfire sparked by dry lightning in Vacaville, California. Curt and Aree were evacuated abruptly from the property at 2AM on August 19. They returned to the property the following morning to find nothing left. Curt and Aree have lived in this home for almost 20 years. In that time they have devoted much blood, sweat and tears to improve their home and plan for their approaching retirement.  This fund is a small gesture to help them begin to recover from this devastating loss. With a contribution, your funds will go directly to Curt and Aree to purchase necessities that have been lost and to help with food, lodging, clothing, etc. My name is Tim Arndt.
