Overview:

I am seeking $1,500 to cover four months of chiropractic care and associated recovery costs related to an untreated spinal and pelvic misalignment injury. This condition, originally brought on by pregnancy and worsened by extended physical strain without medical support, has now become a source of chronic, daily pain that affects my ability to work and function safely.

Background:

Recently, a licensed chiropractor formally diagnosed me with a moderate spinal and hip misalignment. The condition has led to persistent lower back and hip pain, joint instability, and postural imbalance. Without treatment, there is a high risk of long-term nerve damage, worsening misalignment, and further limitations in mobility and physical function.

The chiropractor has recommended weekly treatments, with the cost of each session set at $50. To follow this recommended course for 4 months, the total treatment cost is $800.

In addition to chiropractic adjustments, my care plan may include:

• Custom or corrective insoles to balance lower limb asymmetry
