HI my name is Cheryl Pirooz. I am a long time friend of Lana Whitbread and her family. Lana has been a great friend, daughter, sister, wife and mother to her son Brendan. After the sudden loss of her husband 11 years ago she became a single mother and worked hard to support and raise her son and maintain there home.

Lana was diagnosed with Cancer unfortunately a few months before her husband's passing and went through two surgeries and has been cancer free so far. She was then diagnosed with fibromalgia and osteoarthritis 5 years ago and unable to work.

September 7/25 she was taken by ambulance to hospital as she suffered a brain aneurysm and a stroke. She spent 4 weeks in ICU and several areas have been affected due to the stroke. She is now in the Critical Care Tower and has to relearn to speak, eat and hopefully walk and the use of her arm.

We are raising money to help with her current expenses to maintain her home while she is hospitalized and Future costs of possible medical expenses incurred if she can return home with improvement of her condition.

Lana is a very loving and caring person who was always there to help and support her family and friends throughout her life and deserves some help now with this life changing health condition and rehabilitation.
