Curragh Dog Walk

For over a decade the Curragh Dog Walk has brought together 100s of dogs and their owners with a common goal - to raise funds for Kildare Animal Foundation and at the same time, have a lovely walk together on the Curragh!

On New Year's Eve 2023 let's get out and walk our dogs and donate to help the dogs in the care of the Kildare Animal Foundation. Every donation will go to the Animal Foundation to help them continue their great work in the local community.

The walk starts at noon on December 31st 2023 from the Trainer's Car Park in front of TRI Equestrian Superstore (opposite the Curragh Racecourse)

Administration Stuff:

The Curragh Dog Walk is organised by Carmel and Áine who are just 'normal people' who decided a decade ago to start a Christmas Dog Walk to raise funds for animals. The Curragh Dog Walk for Kildare Animal Foundation (in person and virtual!) takes place with the support of the Kildare Animal Foundation which has been caring for abandoned, neglected and forgotten animals in Co Kildare for over 25 years.

All donations made to the Virtual Curragh Dog Walk will be withdrawn to a personal bank account and thereafter transferred to the Kildare Animal Foundation account.  A moderator from the Animal Foundation will verify that the amount raised on this GoFundMe is equal to the amount lodged. Every cent will be passed on to the Animal Foundation who desperately needs money to keep up its amazing work!
