In February Kyle was in a work related head injury requiring a CT scan. Although the injury was not that severe, during the scan the doctors discovered a tumor in his brain. They ran tests, scans & MRI’s to discover that he has Adenocarcinoma in his brain. Since this is a lung cancer, they did a PET scan and found 2 other tumors in his lung.  The cancer has spread to 2 locations in the brain and 2 locations in the lungs and are now labeling it stage 4 Adenocarcinoma. He completed cyberknife treatment for the tumors in his brain & undergoing chemotherapy for the tumors in the lungs. The progress is slow and Kyle is unable to work, he is being supported by his wife who is trying to cover all the bills but having a very hard time. They are not able to afford the expensive co-payments required for the testing and treatments required going forward.
