I've been working on my health for 4 years. It has been the hardest thing I've ever done. I've been putting the pieces together and tracing my history from Strep B at birth that weakened my lungs, to 20 years of recurring chronic pneumonia, to the antibiotics over those 20 years that destroyed my gut, to being so foggy with candida and debilitating pain I could barely stand on the packed train in Chicago.
