Friends,  family and everyone else this may reach- It is with a heavy heart that we share our family’s devastating news with you. Our mother, Christine Ferguson, 63 years young, was recently diagnosed with lung cancer which has spread to her lymph nodes and bones.  At this point in time, they say this diagnosis is incurable, but with the right care, innumerable prayers and immense hope, it can be treatable. We are currently pursuing conventional therapies as well as newer nonconventional therapies, but unfortunately everything that she needs is not covered by her insurance. Those of you who know our mom, know that she is a kid at heart. She loves the beach, exercising, spending time with her kids and grandkids and of course soaking in the sun! We want nothing more than for Krissy to be able to enjoy her life for as long humanly possible. She is ready to fight with everything she has to be able to watch her kids and grandkids grow old. She wants to see her newest grandchild’s birth and to enjoy him as she has enjoyed her other 5 grandchildren.
