Cup-O-T Wellness and Therapy Services

COVID-19 Mental Health Support

In the current pandemic we have moved our service online.  We are still able to provide mental health, occupational therapy and EMDR therapy online and reach those most in need.

We are currently asking for donations to provide support sessions to those who are experiencing mental health difficulties due to isolation, being shielded and the restrictions in place due to COVID-19 (Corona Virus)

Every £20 that is donated provides a 30 minute support telephone/video call session.

Find out more about the sessions and how to refer here.

Our Plan To Change This:
Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to make mental health support accessible in rural communities at an early stage. Our non-profit organisation was formed in December 2017 by myself, Catherine Gray, and I began to see clients in July 2018.  I am a registered Occupational Therapist and EMDR Therapist. I have worked in mental health for the past 10 years.  I am passionate about decreasing the stigma of talking about how mentally well we are on a day to day basis. Our dream for Cup-O-T dream was to make appointments easy to attend in a comfortable and inviting environment.  We began our steps towards this by buying and converting a van into our mobile therapy room.

With your help we got the therapy van on the road in July 2019. In December 2019 we added the outside graphics. Our challenge now is keeping it in the road.

In the last year we have reached 216 people and gave 86hours of free mental health support and therapy. Please follow the journey of the therapy van on social media.

We have sponsorship packages available for companies.
