Cunha Family House Fire Fund
Donation protected
On March 19, 2019 the Cunha family experienced tragedy. They woke up to the smell of smoke, as their house was engulfed in flames. Thankfully, everyone in the home was unhurt and able to get out safely, but unfortunately, most of their belongings have been lost or are unsalvageable. Although the fire department responded quickly and diligently, smoke damage is pervasive throughout the house.
Arianna is a senior at Notre Dame de Namur and will be graduating this year with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. In addition to her studies, Arianna is president of SAAC, has donated her time to the underprivileged in Uganda, is involved with multiple scholastic psycho-social activities on campus, and is a key member of the soccer and track teams. She will leave a heartfelt imprint on the NDNU community, as she is continuously and compassionately responding to the needs of others.
In addition to funding the college tuition for both Arianna and her sister, the family is faced with a barrage of medical bills, as her father has been stricken with kidney disease and now much of his medical equipment was lost in the fire. Arianna's mother is a dedicated school teacher and has positively influenced the lives of so many young school-age children for many years. The Cunha family has made many significant and enduring contributions to their community.
Let’s reciprocate for all the emotional, financial, and spiritual contributions Arianna and her family have made to their various communities. This family is in need of our help. We ask that you donate to help them get back on their feet. All donated funds will go directly to the Cunha family! No donation is too small or too large!
We thank you all in advance for your consideration and generosity and know that the Cunha Family is appreciative for any help they can receive.
