CTC Bikes (Cumberland Trail Connection) is the premier bike shop serving as your gateway to the C&O Canal and the Allegheny Passage in Western Maryland, Pennsylvania and the surrounding region. We strive to provide our customers with personalized service, whether meeting you at your point of destination, repairing your bikes when needed, or providing you with the information and resources you need for the most dynamic trips. During this COVID-19 Pandemic, our regular business has taken a significant financial hit. We need your support to keep our doors securely open during these lean months until business picks back up.
As you know this has been a very challenging time for small businesses across the country. CTC Bikes is no different. We launched our Go Fund Me campaign in May to help us through what we had hoped would be temporary set-back. We have raised $11,470 to date, and it has significantly helped to fill in the gaps and allow us to continue to provide the quality customer service you expect. Thank you to those who have pitched in. It is much, much appreciated! We have set an annual goal of $20,000 for the campaign, which if we reach, will ensure that CTC makes it through 2020 and into the summer of 2021 with far greater confidence and ease.
Regarding shop stock, unfortunately, we were not able to access any bicycles for the holidays – the stock has been severely restricted this year due to the pandemic. We have, however, loaded up the store with lots of stocking stuffers and essentials for smooth and reliable rides. Come visit the shop for your holiday gift giving. Visit Mishka and Shredder,(the shop dog and cat) while you are here. We are ready to serve you.
