Hi, my name is Carolina and I am Emilia's Mum.

Emilia has been working hard to get to the Chilean Swimming Nationals in January - but we need your help to get her there!

Swimming has always played a huge part in Emilia’s life. She swims every single day, getting up at the crack of dawn to be in the pool before school, and then going back after her lessons finish for additional training sessions. That’s over 15 hours every single week, 50 weeks a year!

Her hard work and diligence has paid off – she is good, she is really good! Emilia has competed at county and regional level in the UK, and with impressive swim times that rival those of kids a year older than her, she now has a chance to take her talent global.

As Emilia is half Chilean, half English, she has been honoured with the opportunity to swim at the Chilean National gala at the end of January 2025. This will allow her to compete on the biggest South American swimming stage; a competition which will give her unparalleled exposure to scouts, scholarships and more.

But - we need your help getting her there. Our fundraising target will cover our flights there and back. Emilia deserves this incredible opportunity to compete against the best and we cannot wait to see her rise to the challenge and show the world what she can do.
