This beautiful lady, friend and former colleague, Gerri Culpepper, lost her apartment and possessions as a result of a devastating fire.  The fire was a result of a lightening strike during severe thunderstorms that passed through the Washington DC area  on Tuesday June 23, 2015.

As if this weren’t bad enough, this tragic event comes just three weeks after Gerri lost her job of 17 years.  Now faced with unemployment, no home and the loss of most of her possessions she is staying with a niece.

Please help Gerri get back on her feet and put this tragic event behind her.
