Support Ryder's Fight Against Rare Liver Shunt

It’s Ryder Here. So, my family and I are asking for help. It turns out I have a rare Liver Shunt. This is something I was just born with. I got really sick this week and so my family rushed me up to NC State, where I quickly made lots of new friends. Through extensive labs, and ultrasounds they discovered I have a Liver Shunt. While these are common in dogs and cats, it’s actually pretty rare in pigs. To make matters worse, my shunt has some window that’s really making it hard for the surgery team to tackle. They are trying really hard to game plan but they keeping making my family cry because of how risky it is. My family keeps kissing on me and telling me what a fighter I am, so I just keep fighting! I know they have signed on to get me all the help they can cause I’m super adorable and they love me so much, but I am asking for a little support to not make this as hard on them. Anything is something. The quote tonight came in at around $11,500 and that’s if I don’t need any transfusions or experience any other difficulties during surgery. My brother TJ already emptied his piggy bank for me cause I already spent some time in the hospital while getting diagnosed. Please consider helping us out! My family has also explored teaching funds, but assistance may be limited due to the rarity and risk of my condition. I'm currently at home, following a strict medical regimen, and awaiting a CT scan in two weeks to determine the feasibility of surgery. Your love and support mean the world.
