CUH Children's Charity & BUMBLEance
Donation protected
We are raising money for the Children's Charity at Cork University Hospital and the Children's National Ambulance Service BUMBLEance. This is a service that transports sick children from home to hospital and from hospital to home.
After hearing Megans story about her little sister Mia on Little Steps, Big Futures: The Podcast, we wanted to help give back.
Since the age of 4 months, Mia was diagnosed with a rare condition called Chromosome Deletion Syndrome 13q. Mia is the second known case recorded with this condition.
This results in Mia having multiple battles everyday in life including; PEG Fed, Autism, Epilepsy, Hypotonia, Silent Aspirator and so much more.
Mia has spent a lot of time in the Children's Ward at CUH and has used the ambulance service BUMBLEance.
This Christmas we would love to help raise money for both of these amazing services to help them get new equipment or resources or buy toys and gifts for all the children who will be spending their Christmas in hospital.
This year has been so tough on everybody but if you could donate something to this fundraiser, we know it will make all the children who have to spend their Christmas at CUH very happy!
Thank you so much from Megan and Mia's family and Aoife & Jenny from Little Steps, Big Futures!
