Stroke at 44 years old… I greatly need your help!

On August 23rd, I suffered 3 strokes which has left it extremely tough making ends meet.  

After 4 days in the ICU, I was able to come home and start my road to recovery.  2 blood clots were found in my frontal lobe and another in the occipital lobe.  I suffered right side paralysis, memory loss and my speech was also impacted.  I was supposed to be resting and remain stress free in order to heal.  

Because I knew I would soon be approaching financial hardships, I attempted to go back to work 2 weeks later.  Unfortunately, through I wanted to be back to my normal self, it had become abundantly clear, I wasn’t back to that girl, and the reality is, I may never be.  Im currently on a leave of absence now.  

The stress of not having an income is really starting to take a toll on myself and my family.  Both physically and mentally.  Im an emotional wreck on top of everything.  

I have always been the main supporter for my children, and have always been able to recover from setbacks before ever needing to ask for help.  And I’m always the first to jump when those around me are struggling with life and need a helping hand.  Now I can barely get myself through the day.  

As proud as I have always been being able to take care of myself and family, and help those around me, I am in desperate need of all the support that anyone is willing to provide to help get myself and family through this devastating time.
