Diagnosis 1 and 2 with Appointment Invoices
Hello,
We are reaching out to you for financial help with our dog's hip-replacement surgery.
Dave is a one-year-old Hungarian Vizsla who brings tremendous joy to our lives, every day. He is full of spark and energy, and he has an amazing sense of humor! The only things he loves more than being with friends are running and swimming. Unfortunately, at around four months old, Dave started struggling to stand and began refusing to jump into the car, and now, he even shies away from climbing short rows of steps.
We took him to local vets, who recommended specialists, who diagnosed Dave with advanced congenital hip dysplasia. The only reasonable solution is a double hip replacement, without which his condition will continue to deteriorate until pain and arthritis leave him unable to walk.
We are committed to whatever it takes to get our baby boy well, but so far, we have spent more than $1,000 only to find out that he needs surgeries that will likely cost another $14,000. We're not sure how else to get him the help he needs in a timely fashion.
He has good days and bad, but his veterinarians estimate that Dave will experience increasingly severe pain and may no longer be able-bodied by as young as age 3.
Dave has a very loving home here with us, and we want him to have a long, active, pain-free life so please help in any way that you can!
God Bless!
