The funds from this GoFundMe will go to supporting Rachel with her medical bills and prescriptions for her cancer treatment.

After beating breast cancer ten years ago, Rachel is unfortunately battling cancer again. She needs support with medical costs, as some individual prescriptions can run up to $2,500 *after insurance.

Rachel's story:

In early October, Rachel sought medical care for back and hip pain, when doctors found multiple tumors on her spinal cord and one on her skull. She also has multiple fractures along her spine, limiting her mobility. The largest tumor is located at the base of her skull, posing a risk to her spinal cord. Rachel underwent radiation therapy at Baptist immediately to prevent paralysis. She has met with her oncologist to plan a personalized plan of attack, already starting the process to reduce the size of the tumors. Her biopsy results have come back estrogen positive, which is fantastic news because it allows her to attack it with hormone therapy over chemotherapy.
