Cranbrook COVID Face Shield Project
Glenn Johnson, owner of Kootenay Kwik Print in Cranbrook BC, started 3-D Printing face shields in early April. Though he is the face of KKP, this is a personal project that he is doing from his home. His goal is to supply our local Health Care Workers with as many face shields as they require.
Making the decision to close the front door of KKP to regular walk-in traffic has left him with more time on his hands than usual. He decided to do something constructive and ordered a 3-D Printer though there is no actual use for it in the type of commercial printing that he does.
Anyone wishing to donate to the cost of materials can do so through the GoFundMe page that has been set up and will truly be greatly appreciated. Glenn has a big heart and any excess funds will be donated back into our community.
